为切实交流高等教育普及化发展经验，分享高质量高等教育体系研究和建设成果，推动大学教学和课程改革，创新人才培养模式，厦门大学高等教育发展研究中心、j9九游会老哥俱乐部定于2022年12月9-11日在厦门大学举办“高等教育普及化：未来展望、挑战与策略”国际学术研讨会。热忱欢迎海内外各界学者拨冗参会。

鉴于疫情防控要求，研讨会拟采取线上+线下结合形式（国内中高风险区嘉宾线上参会）(视情况会议组织方式可能有所调整)。

时间：2022年12月9日报到，10-11日开会
线下会议地点： 厦门大学(具体地点另行通知)
五、论文提交要求
报告发言摘要（未发表）征集处于开放中。请与会者于11月25日前，将会议回执及600字左右的论文摘要提交给会务组。会务组将邀请海内外著名高等教育学者与会并发表主旨报告，并将根据摘要投稿情况安排报告发言和交流研讨。

The International Conference on Popularization of Higher Education：
Prospects，Challenges and Strategies
The new century has witnessed progressive deepening of the popularization of global higher education and profound reshaping of higher education systems. Development, equity and the global common good have attracted worldwide attention.
In this context, it is important toexchange experience in the popularization of higher education, shareresearch and progresses in developing high-quality higher education systems, promote teaching and curriculum reform at universities, and innovate in the modes of talents-training. You are cordially invited to participate in the International Conference on Popularization of Higher Education: Prospects, Challenges and Strategies at Xiamen University, 9-11 December 2022, jointly held by the Center for Higher Education Development of Xiamen University and Institute of Education at Xiamen University.

II. Conference Form
In view of the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, the conference will be held both online and offline (guests from medium- and high- risk areas in China will participate online). The arrangement may be subject to change, depending on the circumstances.

Date: 9-11 December 2022 (Registration: 9th December )
Venue: Xiamen University, Xiamen Fujian Province, China
IV. Submission Guidelines
Submissions for abstracts is now open.Submissions should describe original, previously unpublished research results, not currently under review by another conference or journal. Please submit your abstract (around 600 words) accompanied by the conference receipt by November 25. The organising committee will invite world-leading researchers to give keynote speeches and arrange conference panels based on abstract submissions.
Please send your documents to xmdxgjzx@xmu.edu.cn, with the subject line in the form of paper title + affiliation + name.
V. Conference fees, Transportation and Accommodation
Attendance is free of charge. Except for specially invited guests, participants are responsible for paying their own travel costs to the venue of the symposium as well as for their accommodation. Accommodation and meals will be arranged by the conference organizing committee.
